3-month mentoring program

We mentor team members to enhance their skill set, working towards defined goals. This program is best suited to professionals with five or more years of experience who have held at least two HR roles. At the end of the three months, the up-skilled team member is better placed to support the successful rollout of strategies and services.

Our mentoring service includes:

  • technical assessment of the mentee
  • agreed goals to achieve during mentoring sessions
  • fortnightly meetings with the mentee to work through progress or specific actions
  • weekly check-in calls (if required)
  • a report on outcomes achieved and suggested next steps
  • psychometric testing if suitable
